Kunstbende is a national platform for young creative talent, providing opportunities for emerging makers to develop, present, and grow across artistic disciplines.
Through regional programs, events, and competitions, it supports young creators in shaping artistic work and gaining visibility within the cultural field.

Within this context, I worked as temporary regional coordinator and project leader in Flevoland supporting the development and delivery of regional programming.
Responsibilities included coordinating highschool trajectories and events, guiding participants, and ensuring the hosting of presentations and public moments.

The role connected young creators, highschools, and network, enabling artistic development and accessible pathways into the professional cultural landscape.
Through these activities, regional talent was activated, supported, and brought into dialogue with broader cultural networks.
